- Welding: Once the ideal tension has been reached, the strap will be welded with vibration welding (friction heating)
- Cutting: after welding the strap will be cut leaving only the tensioned portion around the neck.
This means that with a single device you can obtain an impeccable and long-lasting result in strapping, thus optimizing working times and improving operational efficiency.

Battery powered strapping kit

- Battery-powered strapping model FPGT: Very valid tool with adjustable operating mode based on the product to be strapped.
- N°1 reel of 12mm or 16mm polyester strap (depending on the kit chosen)
- Thread trolley: allows you to unwind the spool in a correct and controlled way. Without the risk that the coil, once opened, will expand and become tangled.
