Heat markers are electrically powered devices used to imprint indelible markings such as batches, deadlines or marks on a variety of materials, including wood, leather and plastic.
Their temperature can be adjusted up to a maximum of 400-450 ºC by means of a power regulator to allow perfect marking without smudging in seconds.
It is strictly recommended to buy the power regulator together with the marker, which is able to adjust the temperature, to ensure a perfect and uniform marking on any surface.
TYPE OF PLATE
- Brass plate: ideal for marking on hard surfaces such as wood, metal and plastic
- Shapes and sizes: Brass plates are available in different shapes and sizes, to fit your specific marking needs. The most common shapes are rectangular, circular and square, while the sizes can be chosen, and vary according to the area to be marked.
- Thermal conductivity: brass is an excellent conductor of heat, ensuring a uniform transfer on the surface to be marked.
MODELS AND FEATURES:
Depending on the production and the size of the marking to be made, a different model is used. The size of the
plate can range from 10 10 mm for the smallest model, up to a maximum size of 350 50 , 300 x 80 and 250 100 mm for the BIG model.
The hot markers are all powered by 230 V electric current, and have a power that varies according to the model from 80 W to 1400 W.
The handle can be single or double depending on the type of production, the size of the product to be marked and the weight of the marker .
INDIVIDUAL MARKING :
One of the main advantages of hot marking is customization.
It’s possible to create unique markings with logos, writings or images of your liking. This makes them valuable tools to promote their brand and stand out from the competition.
In addition to customization, hot markers offer other advantages:
- Resistance: the markings created are resistant to atmospheric agents, wear and abrasion, ensuring a long life.
- Versatility: Hot technology can be applied to a wide range of materials, shapes and surfaces.
- Safety: the marking process is safe and does not require the use of inks or solvents.
- Efficiency: High-quality, precise markings can be achieved quickly with the hot markers.
OPERATION:
Their operation is simple, fast and intuitive, once attached the marker to the current in fact of the resistors, located above the support plate, heat up to reach the ideal temperature to the brass plate, which, when hot, is pressed against the material to be marked. The pressure, combined with the heat, causes the mark, rather than the lot, to be engraved on the material, thus creating the marking.
This summary guide is intended to be a complete overview of hot markers, helping you understand their operation, advantages and different types.
