The gripper eyeletting machine with long handle (GIGA model) is used for the application of standard eyelets type 9, 7 and type 051 with minimal effort by the operator.

The eyelets are inserted one at a time and during the procedure the operator will have both hands busy.

GIGA eyelets can also apply sail eyelets from type 31 (internal diameter 8.5 mm, external diameter 14.7 mm) to type 80 (internal diameter 19.4 mm, external diameter 34 mm).

For the application of the standard eyelets it is not necessary to first perforate the product, while to apply the VELA-type eyelets you must first perforate and then apply the eyelet with the puncher/clincher.

• LEVER EYELETTING MACHINE (PRESS)

The presses can apply standard eyelets for pasta and biscuit bags (type 9, 7 and type 051) and VL eyelets.

The press, unlike the eyeleting pliers, has the great advantage that it can be fixed to the work bench, allowing the operator to exert force with one hand, holding the product still with the other.

Model FP39 can apply standard eyelets type 7, 9 and 051 and VL eyelets from type 21 (inner diameter 7.2 mm, outer diameter 12.8 mm) to type 31 (inner diameter 8.5 mm, outer diameter 15 mm).

The MT130 model can apply standard eyelets type 7, 9 and 051 and VL eyelets up to type 150 (internal diameter 43 mm, external diameter 61 mm).

The choice of eyelet depends on the size of the VL-type eyelets that must be applied to the material.

EYELETS

The standard eyelets are of 3 types:

-7 type in iron or brass with an internal diameter of 3 mm and an external diameter of 7;
-9 type in iron or brass with internal diameter of 3.5 mm and external diameter of 9;
-051 type in iron, brass or aluminum with internal diameter of 5.5 mm and external diameter of 9.5.

There are options such as the TEMPLATE and the adjustable shelf: the first allows a more precise application of the eyelets, while the second facilitates the operator’s work by allowing him to place the bag and apply the eyelet with more precision.

Each eyeleting machine allows you to apply only one type of eyelets.

VL eyelets are larger sized eyelets than standard packaging eyelets. They are used for eyelets and advertising banners.
To insert a sail eyelet, the perforator kit must first be mounted on the clamp to make a pre-hole and then apply the eyelet by inserting the riveting kit.
The punches are easily interchangeable and at the time of ordering it is necessary to specify which type of eyelet to use. The eyelets must be manually inserted on the punch and the pliers are therefore suitable for low production.
